NOTICE:

This website is where you will file a claim for arbitration if you are a class member of the Ford Powershift Transmission Class Action Settlement.

*UPDATE* The Deadline to file a request to arbitrate for former or current owners/lessees of Class Vehicles that have been on the road for at least six years has been extended until November 4, 2020. This means you must file a Notice of Intent to Arbitrate (10-day notice to Ford) no later than October 25, 2020.

The Court issued a Final Approval Order of the Settlement. The Effective Date of the Settlement is April 7, 2020. Current and former owners or lessees of Class Vehicles are now able to submit claims for benefits under the Settlement.

Updates on the settlement can be found on www.fordtransmissionsettlement.com and www.fordpowershiftlawsuit.com. Please see the “News & Dates” page, contact CAP-Motors (800-279-5343), or contact the class attorneys, Capstone Law APC (855-310-9583), for additional information regarding this process.
